The company was incorporated in 2024, with investors and stakeholders bringing RAWCO a wealth of experience and expertise in sustainability and innovation. Over the past 22 years our team have developed various products, manufacturing right here in the U.K, partnering with various other fantastic organisations. RAWCO develops and distributes products for commercial and residential applications, enabling us to offer a wide range of products, whether that be for the workplace or home. This broad scope of products means we appeal to a wider number of clients and customers, which in turn also creates opportunities in cross selling from B2B within our group of partners.
In 2025 we acquired a majority equity in Cobra Racing Limited and Urinal Solutions Limited. These moves were strategic in aligning ourselves with commercial water saving and our passion for a cleaner motorsport with Sustain fuels and Rowe Oil.
In December 2025 RAWCO decided to team up with The Pitlane Project, which is an initiative set up by two aspiring racing drivers to help them and other young drivers gain the necessary funding to follow their dreams in professional motorsport. With motorsport deemed one of the most expensive sports in the world, the aim is to raise money through strategic business activities, rather than rely on traditional sponsorship methods. RAWCO made The Pitlane Project an official sales and distributor for all of our products and we're also offering guidance and technical support as they navigate their way in the world of business.

RAWCO prides itself on innovation and sustainability. Due to RAWCO' passion for motorsport and desire to keep the combustion engine alive, getting involved with Sustain fuels, to help promote an alternative to fossil fuels was a no brainer. Sustain is a fuel brand owned by Coryton Fuels, which is manufactured here in the UK. We distribute a wide range of their fuels in the UK and we also use this for powering our go karts in the Cobra Kart Club, the very first UK karting organisation to do so. RAWCO is an official agent for the UK distributor for Rowe Oils. We focus on the haulage and karting industry where we have built up fantastic relationships through various partnerships and initiatives. Rowe Oil's range of Sunoil is a 100% sustainable oil and in most cases will offer a positive impact on fuel consumption, which means haulage companies and organisations can reduce their carbon footprint whilst making vast savings across their fleet.
Cobra Racing GB4 programme is currently working on its team of personnel and will register an entry into the 2026 GB4 Championship, a U.K single seater series that visits iconic tracks such Silverstone and Brands Hatch. The championship itself is a stepping stone for accomplished go kart drivers stepping up to the next level of competitive racing, which is why Cobra Racing is investing into grassroots karting with partners JCB Tools in the Cobra Kart Club and Cobra Karting Team. Cobra Racing has the perfect road map from karting to professional racing.

Cobra Racing Limited is on a mission in making motorsport more accessible and sustainable. In addition to this, with owners RAWCO and the involvement of The Pitlane Project, drivers from various categories, not just karting, can gain advice and funding for their racing through strategic business. This offers a unique approach to motorsport, the way it's funded and the way the thrill of racing is delivered.
Bridging the gap from corporate karting to full owner driver karting, the Cobra Kart Club in association with JCB Tools, is creating an owner driving karting package that's cost effective and accessible to more children and young adults.
Cobra has a strong relationship with Teamsport, the U.K' largest karting operator where on average 1 million children visit each year, many of which aspire to move to outdoor and owner karting. Cobra has recognised the difficulties that most parents face, which is where do they turn and how do they fund it, so Cobra created a solution on forming its own Cobra Kart Club for drivers aged between 8 - 18 years+.
Cobra has built a pathway for corporate go kart drivers to enter owner driver participation where they can practice and race in a controlled series and environment. New drivers will be offered a kart package, that will include all the necessary equipment from JCB engines, to Xenon chassis' and JCB Tools that they will need to begin their owner driver journey. This blueprint for all drivers will be cost effective and the most efficient way for young go kart drivers to progress.
Cobra Kart Club will operate in three regions; Southern, midlands and northern. This will reduce the financial strain on parents due to travel costs and accommodation. As the numbers grow, Cobra Kart Club will then form a racing series in those areas for cadet, Junior and Senior categories. Cadet (detuned JCB 225cc engines), junior (standard JCB 225cc engines and senior (race tuned JCB 225cc engines).
Cobra Kart Club will offer the following:
JCB engines, Engine spares and servicing, Xenon Chassis, MRF Tyres, Rowe Oil, All kart spares, Kart seats and bodykits, Sticker kits, Merchandise, JCB generators, JCB awnings, JCB compressors, Trailers, Kart trolleys plus STEM sessions for parents and young mechanics to learn about kart maintenance.

All engines, oils, tyres and racing fuels will be controlled and supplied by our partners at JCB Tools, Rowe Oil, MRF tyres and Sustain fuels respectively.
The overall aim is to supply parents and young go karters with everything they need to start owner driver karting without the financial burden of traditional routes to racing.
Cobra Racing has its own professional Rotax karting team that will race in Superone in 2026 and various other one off races in the UK. The Cobra Racing team offers a fantastic natural stepping stone for drivers in the Cobra Kart Club and the great part is, there's no need to replace your chassis or equipment. Combining this with the Cobra Racing GB4 programme, once you're in the Cobra family and depending on ability and affordability, they have the scope to take an 8 year old from cadet karting all the way to GB4 single seater racing.
